Sunny Villas Information For Advertisers
If you are thinking of advertising with Sunny Villas, we will add you to this Web site, plus our other marketing Web sites for maximum exposure. This service is FREE to the advertiser, however we do require the accommodation to be of a good standard and including full property management arranged by you the owner/agent if advertising for holiday rentals. We will need 3 photographs (at least one of which is an internal photo of the property) and a written description including a listing of facilities eg Sat T.V, w/machine, d/washer, to get a better idea of our requirements please have a look at our properties advertised on this site.
For rentals, a small booking charge is incorporated into the asking holiday price. We liaise with the enquirer and you the owner/agent until the point of booking and then the full contact details will be given to you to complete the booking in your normal way.
