Sunny Villas is neither a tour operator or a travel agent; we act as a medium giving Internet advertising exposure. We are not responsible for flights, car hire, airport transfers or any other travel facilities and simply advertise properties for rental or sale on behalf of the holiday property Owners and/or their Agents.
Sunny Villas will only take payment from customers for specific properties in Spain that have been checked by us to meet our satisfaction. On most occasions especially in countries outside of Spain, Sunny Villas will not take deposits or payment for any holidays, this will take place between the customer and owner/agent. Should any conflict arise between customer/agent, Sunny Villas will have no involvement.
Sunny Villas will not accept liability for personal injury, death, loss, theft, act of God, terrorist attacks, war or damage arising from the provision of letting the accommodation.
Sunny Villas makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied to you is correct. Any information given to you with regard to the resort, complex, accommodation and its contents is given in good faith and is believed to be accurate. Sunny Villas is not liable for any inaccuracies contained in any supplied information. Should any facility not be available due to factors outside the company’s control, then the company does not accept responsibility. Photographs used in information supplied to you are intended to give an overall impression of the accommodation, complex or resort. Sunny Villas is not liable for any items of furniture, contents, which appear in the photograph, which may have been changed or removed, also any aspects of the complex or environment, that have changed since the photographs were taken.
Any questions and/or changes made in connection with bookings should be communicated directly with the property owner/agent using the contact details supplied when booking. Sunny Villas will not intervene on behalf of clients and we cannot answer any questions related to bookings if payment was not accepted by us.
Complaints regarding accommodation or other associated problems with any holiday should be directed to the owner/agent of the property but can be copied to Sunny Villas, so that we are aware of any problems.
